Our goal is to ultimately design novel RNAs by a modular computational design combined by 3D analyses and dynamics. Thus far, we developed the RNA-As-Graphs web resource (RAG) to search probable RNA motifs and its companion web server RNA-As-Graph-Pools (RAGPOOLS)to design targeted RNA pools for in vitro selection and related problems.
