**Please Note: Red graphs denote those structures found in Nature and black graphs denote those that have either not yet been found or do not exist (a question mark is placed for these in the lower right corner).  Blue graphs represent candidate RNA tree motifs (which have not yet been found in Nature).  V stands for number of vertices, and Nv stands for the number of possible RNA topologies for V number of vertices.
