Welcome to our homepage for RNA structure prediction and design using the RNA-As-Graphs (RAG) framework. Here you will be able to access RNA structure prediction and design functionalities developed in Professor Tamar Schlick's lab at New York University. The various features available on this website will allow you to:
- RAG Sampler: Convert RNA secondary structures into 3D tree graphs and sample various graph conformations [1, 2]
- RAG Builder: Run fragment assembly for RNA graphs (F-RAG) to create three-dimensional atomic models [3]
- RAG Designer: Design candidate sequences that fold onto RNA-like tree graph topologies [4]
The links to the functions described are available under the Get Started tab.
Under the Information tab, you will find detailed descriptions of how each program operates, in addition to links to our RAG website and papers for additional reference.
